DATA PROCESSING PERIOD

The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. DATA RECIPIENTS

Your data may be made available to other entities that provide services on our behalf, on the basis of contracts concluded with us and our instructions. Primarily, these entities will be those who provide IT services to us or, for example, marketing agencies. We may also share your information with authorized parties if required to do so by law.

As a general rule, we do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. However, in the case of certain subcontractors of IT system providers, we cannot exclude the possibility that they may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area, for which the European Commission has not issued an adequate level of protection.
